Quality Assurance of Engineering

Conceptual Engineering Dossier

Development of a study of design alternatives, technical economic comparison of alternatives, and development of technical conceptual requirements for the protection of specific areas according to the selected alternative. As well as the planimetric map for the route corridor for the connectivity of equipment.

Basic Engineering Dossier

Include a review of input information, as the starting point delivered by the client. We will develop technical specifications, operating philosophy, cause/effect matrix logic, and provide calculations of required system power, equipment location planimetric maps, routing plan for equipment connectivity, and development of equipment data sheet.

We will develop signal lists, line lists, tie-ins listing, and calculations related to the fire network. Also develop zoned risk analysis, and provide cost estimates for basic engineering.

Detailed Engineering Dossier

QB Eng will provide adjustment of different planimetric drawings, cable and conduits schedule, technical evaluation for equipment selection.

We also provide constructability workshops, 3D models, final cost estimates, and review of calculations.

Technical Evaluation for the Selection of Technologies

QB Eng provide technical evaluations for technology selection, including technical economic evaluation of suppliers’ offers.
